The City of Metter Planning Commission will hold the following meetings at Metter City Hall:
Work Session on Monday, October 19, 2026, at 5:15 pm, to discuss agenda items.
Planning Commission Meeting on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. for an advisory review, and to consider a proposed amendment to the Official Zoning Map.
The request involves approximately 24.97 acres on Fortner Road, between W. Lytell Street and W. Hiawatha Street, proposed to be rezoned from R-4 (Multifamily Residential) to L-I (Light Industrial) for the purpose of adding the property to the Industrial Park.
Both meetings will be held at Metter City Hall, 49 S. Rountree Street
